Our Story

PTM began with a simple belief that organizations deserve modern support that strengthens their work, grows their impact, and helps their people succeed. With well over a century of combined experience, our team served as leaders inside labor, business and education organizations across the country. We worked in environments where every decision mattered, every message carried weight, and every project had real people depending on it. We saw firsthand how much stronger organizations could be with the right tools, the right support, and the right partner at the right moment.
We didn’t start PTM to become another consultant in the room. We started it because we knew organizations deserved a partner who could help them grow — without adding pressure, complexity, or long‑term commitments.
